The Guided Pause
Motherhood can be beautiful—and exhausting. Some days, it feels like everything is too much. You love your children deeply, but your mind feels scattered, your energy drained, and your emotions overwhelming. The Guided Pause is a structured, 6-session, one-on-one support experience designed just for moms like you. This is not therapy. It’s a safe, judgment-free space to mentally process, feel heard, and gain clarity. Guided by a trained GPS facilitator who understands the realities of motherhood. What You’ll Get 6 private 30-minute virtual sessions (once a week or spaced to your needs)

Birth Support
- Two 90-minute prenatal visits: birth plan discussion, comfort techniques, resources for preparation - Prenatal text support to answer questions and ease your mind - In-person, non-medical labor support Including cesarean section, TOLAC, and high-risk pregnancies - Two hours of postpartum care Can be split between 1 hour immediately following birth and a home visit or both hours at your place of delivery *$100 retainer and 50% deposit due at contract signing, remaining balance due by 36 weeks gestation
