About me

Hi, I’m Sage. I’m a doula and the founder of Mommy Meltdown Perinatal Services. I started this work because I noticed the lack of a village when I could have used one the most. My lived experience is why I’m so committed to making sure no one else has to navigate the messy, beautiful reality of parenthood alone. I don’t understand this work just from a book, I’ve been there too. I am a DONA International trained birth doula, hold a COC in group peer support, and am trained in perinatal mental health and anxiety disorders from a non-clinical perspective. I’m here to support your body and your mind through labor and the weeks that follow. When it comes to birth, I’m a calm, steady advocate in your corner. I won't tell you how to birth; I'll be there to make sure you have the evidence-based information you need to make your own choices with confidence and the support you need to see them through. The Guided Pause

Motherhood can be beautiful—and exhausting. Some days, it feels like everything is too much. You love your children deeply, but your mind feels scattered, your energy drained, and your emotions overwhelming. The Guided Pause is a structured, 6-session, one-on-one support experience designed just for moms like you. This is not therapy. It’s a safe, judgment-free space to mentally process, feel heard, and gain clarity. Guided by a trained GPS facilitator who understands the realities of motherhood. What You’ll Get 6 private 30-minute virtual sessions (once a week or spaced to your needs)

Birth Support

- Two 90-minute prenatal visits: birth plan discussion, comfort techniques, resources for preparation - Prenatal messaging and email support to answer questions and ease your mind - Continuous in-person, non-medical labor support Including cesarean section, TOLAC, and high-risk pregnancies - One hour of postpartum care immediately following birth - A home visit 3-5 days post delivery to debrief and check-in *50% deposit due at contract signing, remaining balance due by 36 weeks gestation. Travel fee applies for 18 miles or more.
