About me

Hey there! I have been a Birth Doula for 18 years. My goal is to help to make your birth the most positive and happy experience possible. I teach Childbirth Education and also can encapsulate your placenta if you want. I am credentialed through the State of Arizona and also AHCCCS. I can accept UHC and Banner (Medicaid) I have been married to the love of my life for many years in Tucson. I have 3 children, thirteen grand children and 5 greats. Besides being a very experienced Birth/Labor Doula, I also teach child birth education and I do placenta encapsulations. Recently certified as an AHDS doula and the first Doula in the state that became AHCCCS credentialed. I have contracts with United Healthcare Complete and Banner University and adding more as we speak.

My package includes personal instruction in your home or at a location of your choice. I start out with what you already know and build on it from there.

Placenta Pills prepared in your home. A special keepsake for you to keep. For an additional fee of $50, I can also make a tincture from your placenta

Labor Doula

Going on call for you at the contract signing. 2 prenatals to establish wishes and light childbirth education. Your labor at you place of birth. 1 postpartum appt to process the birth.
