About me

My journey to becoming a doula began when I was present for my niece’s birth in 2008. I was deeply moved and in awe of the process of birth. In 2018, I attended my first Doula training and went on to certify as a Full Spectrum Doula in 2020. I began my work as a birth doula, volunteering for a community organization in Austin. In 2023, I moved to Seattle where I focused exclusively on providing postpartum care. I worked as a postpartum doula through an agency, Seattle Doulas, and then worked for Swedish Hospital Doula Program. I have now relocated to Tucson, Arizona. It’s a privilege for me to be a part of this transformative time in families lives. I am deeply grateful to each family that has welcomed me into their homes and their postpartum experience!

Service introduction

I offer postpartum day shifts to new and growing families! I want to support you in the ways you need most. My postpartum support can include; lactation and feeding education, light tidying of the home, meal prep, newborn care, emotional support, and anything else that will ease this transition. I provide a sliding scale rate of $30-55 per hour. Please reach out with any financial needs or concerns.
