At Birch Cradle Lactation, our mission is to offer compassionate support to new parents and babies during the early stages of parenthood. Through personalized, evidence-based care and a nurturing environment, we empower families to navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming a new life. Our goal is to foster a supportive community where every family feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive during this essential time. Meagan has almost a decade of dedicated patient care in a large Boston Hospital in the Mother Baby unit where she is a Lactation Consultant and staff nurse in the NICU. She is also the owner and founder of Birch Cradle.
