Hello, mamas! My journey into birth work began when I took prenatal yoga while pregnant with my first baby. These classes had such a profound impact on my pregnancies, labor and births that I knew I wanted to support other women. I believe birth is a natural, beautiful experience. My style incorporates preparing your mind, body and spirit in way of breath work, yoga and child birth education.

My own journey involved an ambulance ride and a cesarean under general anesthesia, one misdiagnosed ectopic pregnancy a year later, and then three all natural hospital VBAC’s with a caring midwife and doula. Now that our family is complete, my passion is to help provide the same support that I was given, to women from all walks of life. I am certified through DONA International, the leader in evidence based doula training, have personally been trained by Gail Tully from Spinning Babies International, and I have served as a doula for over 80 families in northwest Ohio. When a mother consumes these products while pregnant does this put your health and your babies health on the best track? Is there a simple solution that all mothers can use? I ABSOLUTELY LOVE teaching expecting mothers the importance of hydration during Pregnancy in todays packaged and processed food world.
