Hello! I'm Khristen, a birth & postpartum doula & am currently training in lactation, loss & bereavement + more. I am a Mama of 6 earth side babies & an angel baby. I am passionate about supporting Mama's during their pregnancy, birth & postpartum journey as well as educating & supporting her partner & helping to include other siblings. I have hands-on experience from caring for infants as young as 6 weeks old to supporting school-aged kids up to 12 years old. My background includes working in a daycare setting as well as providing personalized care as a nanny, which has given me a strong foundation in nurturing, supporting, and engaging children of all ages. I’m also currently working toward my doula certification, which reflects my passion for supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My goal is to bring both professional knowledge and compassionate care to the families I work with. Massage during labor can be so helpful and amazing and I love capturing the sweet moments between a couple and meeting your baby! One of my more recent educational experiences is Cranial Sacral Therapy for Infants. I love working with the babies!

I have always been passionate about birth work, but it wasn’t until I gave birth that I felt a desire to help other women. I felt alone for part of my labor and never want any woman to feel the way I did. Women deserve so much support and love during such a vulnerable and life changing moment in their lives. I have a passion for supporting mothers through the sacred postpartum period. I believe the days and weeks after birth should be honored, and the mother should be held, nourished, and cared for.

My journey to becoming a postpartum doula began in 2022, when I became a mother myself. During my pregnancy, I dove deep into everything I could learn about birth and parenting, and I quickly fell in love with the beauty and power of the whole process. But when my daughter was born, I realized there was a gap in the education and support available for new mothers, especially when it comes to the postpartum experience. I found that many mothers, myself included, were left to navigate this crucial time without the guidance and support they truly needed. It was in this moment of realization that I knew I wanted to support other women in their postpartum journeys, helping them feel informed, nurtured, and cared for as they adjusted to life with a new baby. In late 2024, I found a postpartum doula training led by an incredible midwife, and I knew this was the path I was meant to take. As a follower of Jesus, my faith is central to everything I do, and I strive to serve others with love and compassion. When I’m not supporting families, you can find me baking, spending time with my own family, and dreaming of a homesteading life. I’m excited to be part of your postpartum journey and offer the care and support you need during this transformative and sacred time.

Hi, I'm Dez Weyburn. I have thirteen years of doula experience and have been able to support so many kinds of births. I love working with families who want to take charge of their own birth experience, however that looks to them. In the past year, I've sort of accidentally found a niche at supporting high risk births, so I'm well versed in how most of the local hospitals deal with labor complications. Beyond that, I'm well informed about supporting physiological births. As a doula and massage therapist, I often incorporate touch in prenatal meetings, the labor and birth, and our postpartum check-in.

Hey there! I’m Holly and I’m a registered nurse and lactation consultant in Northern Utah. I work with the Breezy Babies team of amazing lactation consultants doing in home visits in a 30-mile radius from Kaysville and telehealth visits in every state. I’m able to bill many insurances, so most of my clients receive free visits! I teach a prenatal breastfeeding class once a month and host a breastfeeding support group twice a month, both of these are in Kaysville. Helping families is my passion! I specialize in bottle refusal, oral restriction assessments, efficient pumping, and providing inclusive, nonjudgemental care.
