Hi everyone! My name is Amber and I am a postpartum doula and placenta encapsulator serving Logan Utah and its surrounding areas . I have a passion for supporting mothers through the sacred postpartum period. I believe the days and weeks after birth should be honored, and the mother should be held, nourished, and cared for.

Prepare for a nourished, supported first forty days with in-home visits for the first four weeks after birth. Honor your sacred window with nurturing care inspired by traditional postpartum support from around the globe. Each visit is tailored to you and your family’s unique needs and prioritizes your rest, nourishment and recovery.

One in home visit prenatally to establish a relationship and plan for postpartum Postpartum Planning workbook “The Fourth Trimester” book by Kimberly Ann Johnson Postpartum gift bag with sitz bath herbs, postpartum tea blend and warming pack Call & Text support from birth through end of last visit Community resources & referrals Twice weekly 2 hour in-home visits for the first four weeks postpartum (16 hours total) Each visit can include a variety of support such as: Meal preparation Light housework Newborn care Breastfeeding/pumping/ bottle feeding support Herbal foot soak & massage Herbal bath with or without baby Tending to baby/siblings so you can rest or bathe Birth Processing Warm oil belly massage Each visit I bring a warming beverage and nourishing snack.
