We are incredibly grateful to have had Rosangela as our doula during our baby’s first month of life. From day one, she was punctual, reliable, and—most importantly—exceptionally caring with our newborn. Rosangela supported us for four weeks and was flexible with her schedule, even accommodating our request for a later start. When her assignment with us was coming to an end, she went above and beyond by helping us find a second doula to ensure continuity of care as well as training that doula to ensure no disruption. Even after rolling off, she has continued to check in with us, offering guidance and thoughtful support, which has meant so much during the postpartum period. During her time with us, Rosangela supported night feedings by gently waking both mom and baby, assisted with latching, burped the baby, and handled diaper changes throughout feeds. She supported our baby’s first bath, helped with baby laundry, and took care of all breast pump setup and cleanup—assembling parts, washing them, and making sure everything was ready for the next pumping session. These details made an enormous difference during those early, exhausting weeks. She consistently offered helpful advice and reassurance, always in a respectful way that made us feel supported rather than directed. Rosangela brought a calm, nurturing presence into our home, and we truly felt that our baby was in loving, experienced and capable hands. Kaila is simply amazing. She was with our family for the first ~15 weeks after our daughter was born (initially for 10 weeks but we loved her so much we extended). Kamilah supported us through evening and night support for my boy. She helped us understand baby cues and how to transition out of swaddle and how to put baby into bassinet. She also helped with understanding various bottle nipples and gave us training before delivery how to swaddle, dress the baby. She also recommended baby stuff that we should buy. She is very professional and I am also grateful for the emotional support provided by her during this difficult time. We hired Anabelle as a postpartum night doula for the first few weeks after my daughter’s birth back in April. We were very happy with her service and found her to be trustworthy and reliable. She always showed up right on time and did a great job with taking care of my daughter’s night time feeds, putting her to sleep, diaper changes and washing my breast pump and bottle parts. Thanks to her I was able to catch up on some much needed sleep after knowing that my daughter was in good hands. We even extended our contract with her for a few more weeks. However, as she was traveling and had a contract with another family that was coming up she asked if it was okay to send her backup instead for those weeks. We really liked her backup Elida as well and don’t have any complaints about her service either. Overall I would recommend her (and her amazing backup) to any family looking for a good night doula!

I am impressed with Nhi since she has taken care of me and my new born baby. At the begining, we had phone call to know each other. During that time, she explained her services well during doula support. Near my estimated due date, she was responsive to follow up with me to ensure that she would block her schedule to support my postpartum. During her postpartum visit, she supported me in newborn care (feeding, soothing, bathing, training EASY sleep) and me, especially with massage to relieve stress and easily take a deep nap. Brenda helped us for one month after delivery during the nights. As first time parents Brenda supported us very well. She taught us how to set up the nursery, bottle types, swaddles, baby safety, etc. She is a very knowledgeable doula! She took care of our baby boy very well. During the nights she was very attentive to our baby including routine feedings, diaper changes, cleaning bottles, laundry, and bringing my pump parents to me during the middle of the night. Faith had truly become an extension of our family for the first 3 months of our daughter's life! We started working with Faith when our daughter was less than a week old, and from the beginning she brought such a calm, confident, and warm presence into our home during the chaotic time of early parenthood with a newborn. She is very trustworthy, prompt, and reliable. For my husband, she represented safety and stability as he knew our daughter was safe and we could have a good night's sleep. For me, she was also a trusted mentor into motherhood - both from her professional training and her experience of being a mother to 3 children. She helped me navigate breastfeeding/pumping and how much my baby was eating, she taught us how to calm an overtired crying newborn, hunger vs overtiredness cues, transitioning from a swaddle to a sleep sack, fussiness from vaccines, and more. After 3 months of working with Faith 5 nights per week, we felt like we were finally ready to 'graduate' from Faith and tackle parenthood ourselves as our daughter was easily sleeping 9+ hour stretches at night in her bassinet! I cannot overstate how grateful we are to Faith for her help and guidance with our daughter during those first 3 months - we would have been lost (and extremely sleep deprived) without her. I know she enabled me to be a better mother to my daughter during the days and to have time heal from birth. Faith will be one of our first calls if we have more children! We would love the opportunity to work with her again.
