Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a trained postpartum doula passionate about supporting both mom and baby during those tender, transformative early weeks after birth. I believe no family is meant to do this alone — we were created to be surrounded by a village. The postpartum season is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and full of questions. My role is to step in with calm, steady support so you can rest, recover, and grow in confidence as you learn your baby. I provide practical newborn care, emotional support, and hands-on help around the home so you don’t have to carry everything by yourself. Whether that looks like soothing a fussy baby, helping with feeding, folding laundry, preparing bottles, or simply sitting with you while you process your birth story — I’m here. My approach is gentle, holistic, and judgment-free. I honor your parenting instincts and help you feel empowered in your own decisions. You don’t need to be “doing it all.” You deserve care, too. It would be an honor to walk alongside your family as you find your rhythm and confidence in this new chapter.
