About me

I’m a birth and postpartum doula with a deep love for supporting families through one of the most transformative times in their lives. My path began after chiropractic school, inspired by my mom who has also been a doula for many years. Birth work feels like a natural extension of who I am.. I’ve always been a nurturer at heart, drawn to helping others feel safe, heard, advocated and cared for. I truly believe that every birth is unique and sacred, and I feel honored each time I’m invited to be part of a family’s story. In addition to doula care, I offer childbirth education, placenta services, and belly binding, with an approach that blends holistic support and practical guidance. Whether it’s helping you find confidence in early parenting, offering gentle structure for newborn sleep, or simply bringing calm and reassurance into your space, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. I’m here to support and guide you without judgment, and to help make your journey into parenthood a peaceful, empowered, and memorable experience. I happily welcome every family with an open heart and provide care rooted in compassion, respect, and genuine connection.
