Lauren MacDonald

About me

Lauren is here, bearing witness to this life mystery unfolding, with you. Oriented towards birth & postpartum care she is practicing as an herbalist, registered nurse, & doula. She is passionate about learning with elements and plants, how patterns in nature translate earth body to human body, and is imploring traditional knowledge and re-membering how human beings connect with our ecosystems. She believes that our balance and healing matter and wants to help hold and support both, especially through times of great transition and change. Lauren is calling community in as a foundational care component and is excited to watch our potential grow together. Lauren offers one on one and family herbal medicine consultation, lifestyle and nutritional recommendations. She is currently teaching Innate's postpartum planning course : Planning for the Fourth Trimester in person in Wallowa County, OR.
