I am a birth and postpartum doula committed to supporting you physically and emotionally during and surrounding your birth. I advocate for you, elevate and center your voice, educate, and provide local resources. My goal is to help you achieve a birth and postpartum experience that is satisfying for YOU. I believe in providing excellent care to everyone: LGBTQ+, BIPOC, non-traditional family structures, surrogacy, and so much more.

I offer: Birth doula support, whether that be at home, a birth center, or hospital setting Postpartum care support (such as light housekeeping, baby care, cooking, birth processing, etc) Lactation Services as a Certified Lacatation Counselor

Birth Doula Care
Free consultation to see if we are a good fit and answer any questions you have. 2 prenatal visits approximately 2 hours each discussing childbirth education, lactation planning, referrals and resources, working on a birth plan together, and more. Available via call/text for support starting at the time of signed contract through 4 weeks postpartum. On-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks pregnant. Continuous support during labor, birth, and 1-2 hours postpartum. Two postpartum visits approximately 1-2 hours long. Back-up doula available if needed.

Postpartum Doula Care
Help with lactation support, infant care, sleep support, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, safe space for birth processing, referrals and resources, emotional and physical support. *Minimum one 4 hour shift, can add 2 hours shifts thereafter.

Lactation Support
Help with whichever method of nourishing your baby works best for you and baby: latching, pumping, bottle feeding. Model common feeding positions. Identify common lactation problems and appropriate solutions. Provide referrals and resources if further need is identified.
