Hello, my name is Kiyona Miah. I’m a certified fertility and birth doula, prenatal & postnatal yoga teacher and sound healer. I’m passionate about supporting families through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, movement, and compassionate care, and I believe that every mother deserves to feel empowered, informed, and nurtured. I offer both one-on-one and group prenatal and postnatal yoga and sound healing sessions, as well as personalized birth doula support tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Working with Kiyona was such a wonderful experience. I connected with her just one month before my due date after unfortunately losing valuable time with another doula, and from the very beginning she made me feel supported and reassured. Her communication was excellent, she was always responsive, professional, and easy to talk to. She is also amazing with kids, which made the whole experience even more comforting for my family. I was also able to attend the yoga sessions she offered, and they were incredibly relaxing and helpful during my pregnancy. Throughout the entire process, Kiyona was supportive, caring, and truly dedicated to making sure I felt prepared and at ease. I absolutely love her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula. I’m so grateful for everything she did, and she will definitely be my doula for all of my future children.

Kiyona was amazing. I loved her energy from our first meeting. We were on a tight time frame with my baby almost due and she quickly hopped on board after our initial meet and greet. During the labor she was incredible. She was attentive and caring. She was kind and made herself available for whatever we needed. She was knowledgeable and very resourceful. She recommended many helpful classes for us. I highly recommend her as a doula.
