Hello, my name is Kiyona Miah. I’m a certified fertility and birth doula, prenatal & postnatal yoga teacher and sound healer. I’m passionate about supporting families through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, movement, and compassionate care, and I believe that every mother deserves to feel empowered, informed, and nurtured. I offer both one-on-one and group prenatal and postnatal yoga and sound healing sessions, as well as personalized birth doula support tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
