Hi, I’m Kiley! I’m a Los Angeles based birth and postpartum doula, preconception coach, birth photographer and mother. With an extensive background spanning over a decade in healthcare, with a specific focus on women's health, family building and conception, paired with years immersed in the study of birth, my journey has evolved into a passionate exploration of the entire process from preconception to postpartum. Throughout my tenure, I experienced a profound paradigm shift, recognizing that there’s infinitely more to wellbeing than just the physiological aspects, prompting an exploration at a deeper level. This moment also ignited a connection to the initiation of childbirth and an enhanced reverence for the inherent strength within every woman. I perceive each birth as a sacred ceremony A powerful rite of passage that connects you to the cosmic forces of creation. I believe in bringing intention and presence to every phase of this journey, honoring that consciousness in preconception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum looks different for each individual. My work is about creating a dynamic in which you can discover what that means for you, so that are you well held, in full alignment with self.

Prenatal Support
This offering includes a 2-3 hour session covering high level childbirth education such as: the stages of labor, interventions, nourishment, breathing techniques, comfort measures, creating your birth intentions and more. You'll also receive a 70-page resource and workbook that I created, along with access to me throughout your pregnancy for any questions or guidance as needed. While I won’t be present at your birth, I’ll offer ongoing support to you along the way, even throughout labor and postpartum.

Birth Doula Services
Unlimited Support: You can reach out to us anytime via text, phone, or email throughout your pregnancy and postpartum. An unlimited supply of love and support! Personalized Prenatal Care: We'll have two prenatal sessions where we'll dive deep into creating your birth intentions, ensure that you have an understanding of the physiological process of birth, along with comfort measures, intervention information, nourishment, breathing/visualization techniques, etc. You'll also meet my colleague! On-Call Availability: Contractually, from 1/15-2/12, we'll be on call to attend your birth 24/7 morning, noon or night. And if things happen sooner, rest assured, we'll do our very best to be there for you! Comprehensive Labor Support: Emotional, physical, and informational support during labor, whether that's supporting you through active labor at home then the hospital or meeting you at the hospital - we're there throughout the entire process as you'd like us to be. Postpartum Assistance: We'll stay with you for one to two hours postpartum, offering breastfeeding support, and we'll have a follow up session to discuss your birthing experience and any additional support you may need. To your point, if anything were to change (i.e. scheduled C section due to breech position, etc.), services will shift accordingly (postpartum, C section support, etc.)

When trying to conceive, we often focus solely on tests and manipulating our bodies to get a specific outcome, believing that if we just control the physical aspects, everything will fall into place. But the truth is, there’s so much more to explore than lab results or hormone levels. My approach is a bit different - we explore fertility understanding how unresolved conflicts, emotional imprints, and subconscious patterns influence the body’s readiness for conception. We create the ideal internal environment for welcoming new life by harmonizing the mind body connection and addressing the biological programs at play.
