About me

Hi, my name is Kelli Reeves. I am a certified Birth Doula located in Stroudsburg PA, providing support in the Poconos and Lehigh Valley. I am passionate about supporting families throughout their birth journey through evidence based education and physical/emotional support. I have personal and professional experience in hospital and home birth settings. I firmly believe that having calm, confident support in the room can make a big difference. Creating a judgement free supportive atmosphere for my clients is an important aspect to having a more positive birth experience. In my free time I enjoy yoga, podcasts- all things birth and true crime are my usual picks, and always up for some local live music.

Service introduction

My services are centered around you and your choices around your birth. My goal in supporting clients is to provide evidence based information so that they can make their own choices that best suit them. We all have different needs annd perspectives. I strive to honor you as an individual. I will support you, calmly and confidently, throughout your labor and birth from the time I arrive. I will hold space for you in your most vulnerable and your most powerful moments.

Packages

Basic

Basic package provides- -2 prenatal appointments consisting of education, concerns you may have, pain options/alternatives, newborn care, feeding etc. These are usually around 2 hours each in your home. -Constant support in labor from the time I arrive until baby is born and you are ready to bond with baby. -1 postpartum visit to debrief labor, go over feeding and care of newborn, as well as any other concerns or support. All of my services are based on your specific needs.

Additional Support

Additional prenatal or postpartum support appointments done in your home. These would be in addition to basic package or can be separate from the labor portion. Hourly fee, time according to your needs.
