Our family had a wonderful experience working with Kaitlyn! She has such a warm, vibrant personality and she is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about all things pregnancy and birth. She not only guides you in logistics of birth planning, but also in creating a vision for your birth experience (then helps bring it to life on the big day!). Her support during labor was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I had a very fast and intense labor and her presence was so grounding and encouraging. Love that her services continue into the postpartum period as well! She was an invaluable part of our team and I couldn’t imagine my birth without her! Would highly recommend

I highly recommend hiring Kaitlyn for your doula. Her meetings are thorough and she presents you with different labor scenarios for your birth plan in case your plan doesn’t play out how you wanted it to. I appreciated this aspect as my plan with my first went side ways and it was very traumatic. She helped me through my previous trauma by taking detailed notes, I felt heard. During my labor she helped me stay calm and her presence kept me from spiraling. I had such an amazing labor and delivery compared to my first. If I wanted to have any additional children I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I also appreciate her postpartum visits, she reminds you what you felt was important to you for your own mental health during pp which helps when you’re in a daze. 10/10 I would hire her again!

I can’t recommend Kaitlyn enough! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make us feel informed, cared for and supported. I learned so much from her guidance and felt confident advocating for myself throughout my pregnancy and birth. With her and my husband by my side, I had such a positive, empowering birth experience. I felt both physically and emotionally supported every step of the way! Kaitlyn is incredibly kind, warm and has become more like a friend to us. We are so grateful for everything she did for us!

I can honestly say I was incredibly hesitant going into this but Kaitlyn went from our Doula, to confidant (earning the title Doula Lipa), to a friend and ultimately a special member of this family. She is a straight shooter and will never waste your time or deviate from your birth plan. When the time came and everything went sideways at the hospital she was a guiding force and advocate in our corner and I feel eternally grateful for her. She is incredibly supportive, empathetic, and empowering! There are not enough stars on this rating chart to reflect her quality and the value she brought to our lives. 10k stars out of 5… would recommend!

Kaitlyn is THE doula you want by your side during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She is so incredibly kind, hilarious, compassionate, patient, and beyond knowledgeable. I cannot tell you how many countless random questions she has answered for my husband and me, or side quests that she has helped us with! She is a great listener and she made me feel so seen, heard, and validated throughout my first pregnancy. She uses an evidence-based approach and provided us with a plethora of research to help us make informed decisions. Kaitlyn was an invaluable asset to have by our side, and she was the reason I was able to deliver my first baby completely unmedicated! She also saved me from having to have an unnecessary C-section by being a strong advocate for me in the delivery room. I 100% could not have done it without her. Kaitlyn is an absolute angel sent from heaven!

Kaitlyn was my doula for my 3rd child & the amount of stuff I didn’t know about labor is insane! Kaitlyn is extremely knowledgeable in what she does but more importantly, you can tell she loves what she does. While my birth was extremely fast & Kaitlyn was only there for a short time, I’m so happy I picked her! If you are a first time mom, or even a “seasoned” one, do not sleep on getting a doula! Best decision my husband and I made & my birth experience was 100% better because of it!

Kaitlyn is point blank a Godsend! We ended up going through an accidental home birth, and she was so helpful, resourceful, loving and so kind + gentle. When my husband needed to step out at times during labor, she was right there by my side to help me. She constantly thinks of ways to encourage and help in any way. I can say with so much gratitude in my heart, that even though this wasn't our birth plan, it still became the birth of my dreams. I have her to thank for that! We transferred to the hospital via ambulance just to get checked out, and she followed us there without hesitation. Her care extended when we arrived at the hospital being so helpful, and accommodating when I couldn't even think straight. She thinks of the little things that I would've never thought to think of. She is extremely educated, and wise. My husband and I trust and value her thoughts, opinions, and research. We were so very blessed to have her be a huge part of our birth story. ❤️ We want her there for all of my future births!!!

We are endlessly grateful for Kaitlyn’s support. From her birth plan workshops to her help with the registry and finding the healthiest baby products, she had a constant wealth of knowledge. Her enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and care are so genuine. She asked such intentional and meaningful questions that helped her understand exactly what kind of support we needed—never too much, never too little. When challenges came up, she helped us navigate them with clarity and calm, offering information that made us feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. Her expertise helped us stay grounded and connected to the sacredness of our birth experience. She is a gift, and any birthing couple would be lucky to have her.

As a first time mom not knowing what to expect, Kaitlyn made the whole experience magical. From the Christmas lights she set up in the room/bathroom to the scented oils; her natural tips and tricks helped my body feel more at ease and prepared to deliver my sweet baby boy. She is an assertive patient advocate who always put me and my baby first. She was so dedicated and patient the entire journey; accompanying me in the delivery room (THE ENTIRE TIME while I labored for THREE DAYS). She was wonderful in educating me and informing me of my rights to keep me empowered during such a vulnerable state. She gave my husband cues and guidance when I was contracting/in pain. I will never forget her walking alongside me in my journey and I am forever grateful for her care, support, and encouragement. She brought so much joy in the entire birth planning process and because of the lasting impression she gave me, I now recommend doulas to every expecting mother (I would recommend Kaitlyn to each and everyone of them but there’s only one of her and she moved).

I have never just loved and appreciated someone as much a kaitlyn. She completely changed the way my birth could have gone, for the better and it’s the greatest blessing we could have ever hoped for. As a first time mom, high risk and with an ivf baby i was extremely nervous and unsure of anything birth related, autonomy related and how i truly wanted my delivery to go. From the moment we interviewed Kaitlyn to be our Doula I just knew she would ensure I got the birth I deserved and felt amazing and at peace about. Kaitlyn took the time in each of our prenatal meetings to really explain and educate us on every option we had, create multiple plans for potentials that could take place during (ex: induction, C-section, preterm, etc.) and never pushed us any particular way with any decision, but simply made sure we felt good and empowered choosing and deciding how we as a couple and myself as the laboring parent saw the birth of our daughter happening. I unfortunately got preeclampsia, and am so grateful to have had Kaitlyn through all of those hard times. She advocated for my rights and my health and helped me decide to leave my original doctor who was not taking me seriously and get the help that I knew I needed. I am forever grateful for her giving me the encouragement and instilling the confidence she did in me to be able to voice my own needs and keep myself and my daughter safe with each decision I made. During my induction, she wrote every detail down for me, made sure I didn’t have to think but could simply be present in each moment, contraction and the delivery, helped my husband advocate for me and himself, and helped ensure the medical team I had followed my birth plan unless I made the decision to change something. She held my hand and walked me through so many unknowns and allowed me to have one of the most incredibly peaceful experiences during a time that was high stress and very scary. After my daughter was born and take to the NICU, Kaitlyn never left my side, while my husband stayed with our daughter. She made sure I wasn’t alone and that I was taken care of and held during a time that was extremely hard, not seeing my daughter right away. She continued to show up for us days, weeks and even months after my birth and has become a forever friend. I can not recommend her ENOUGH! She will change the way you experience birth and will become one of the biggest blessings for you and your family! We love Kaitlyn and know anyone who has the privilege of working with her will as well!
