About me

I am a mother of three amazing adults and grandmother to two rascally grandsons and a 6 month old granddaughter. I am passionate about supporting women from prenatal to postpartum. Since every baby gets to be born only one time, my goal is to help each baby have a gentle and loving entry into the world and their mom to feel confident, safe, and nurtured throughout their birth process. The doula support I provide includes: • A Body Ready Method Assessment and follow up • Two prenatal consultations - approximately 1½ to 2 hours each • 24/7 on call support starting at 38 weeks or earlier if you are showing signs of labor • Continuous labor and birth support including 1 to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care • One postpartum consultation - approximately 1 hour
