I’m a birth and postpartum doula. I just want you as comfortable, safe and empowered as possible. want to nurture you just as you’re going to be nurturing your little one. I want to make sure all you need to think about is sleeping, eating, and snuggling your baby.

Birth package
My package ranges in price. 1200-1800 depending on your wants and needs. 2 prenatal visits, text support, labor and delivery, and 2 postpartum visits. Can be paid in up to 4 installments. The last payment will be due 3 weeks prior to your due date. ***In the case that you would need a scheduled c section, I give you the option of attending the c - section or putting $750 towards my postpartum packages.

- 12 Postpartum Visits for 3 hours: in-home support for a smooth and confident transition to parenthood used during the day or Can be used for 4 overnight support and 2 days time supports - Holistic Emotional Support: Personalized strategies for emotional well-being, stress management, and self-care. - Breastfeeding and Bottle-feeding Support: Assistance with both breastfeeding and formula feeding, including troubleshooting common issues. - Family Integration: Support for the entire family, including partners and siblings, ensuring a cohesive family dynamic. - Nutritional Support: Prepare easy 2 dinners for the family register your family in a meal train - Household Management: Thorough assistance with household chores, errands, and organization. - Bi-Weekly Follow-up Phone Calls: Bi-Weekly check-in calls for ongoing support and guidance. - Postpartum Recovery Kit: A curated selection of items to support the mother’s physical and emotional recovery. - Resource Guide and Personalized Referrals: Extensive guide and personalized referrals to specialized services and support groups.

We had a wonderful experience with Jenny as our night doula. She cared for our newborn daughter over the course of a month and a half. She was communicative, prompt, and immediately put us at ease with her warm and reassuring presence. Not only was she a help to us in caring for our daughter overnight, but she always made sure to check in with me and how I was doing postpartum, and was generally just lovely to chat with and get to know. Her professionalism, trustworthiness, and knowledge were evident from the start, and she handled everything with such care and attention. We felt completely supported, and can't recommend her highly enough!

Jenny is absolutely incredible! As a new dad I had a host of questions about pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. Jenny made me feel validated and no questions was a "dumb" question for her. She has an impressively vast knowledge on maternal care and really understands the needs of new parents. My wife and I had plenty of anxieties before my wife went into labor and Jenny made really put my mind, and my wife's mind at ease. She has an incredible gift of balancing professionalism with deep-hearted care for her clients. I would definitely recommend Jenny for anyone who is currently expecting a baby or thinking about starting a family.

Jenny is the ultimate birthing women's advocate. She's stable and present, and always prioritizes the mama's needs above all. She's caring and nurturing and has great practical advice, as well. Likewise, her niche as a post partum doula is a service rarely found, and is helpful in supporting mothers after birth, especially if they've had a negative birth experience.
