Service introduction

I offer birth doula support, day and overnight postpartum care, and pediatric sleep coaching to support families from pregnancy through early childhood. During pregnancy and birth, I provide education, preparation, comfort support, advocacy guidance, and continuous labor support to help you feel informed and confident. Postpartum services include hands-on infant care, breast/chestfeeding support, guidance on feeding options, nursery and home organization, safety education, emotional support, sibling care, baby laundry, light meal prep, light household tidying, errands, companionship, and protected time for you and your partner to rest and reconnect. I also specialize in infant sleep shaping for babies under 4 months — building healthy sleep foundations from the start — as well as gentle, personalized sleep coaching for children ages 4 months through 6 years.

I loved working with Megan. She helped care for our now 4 month old second child Rowan recently for about 2 months. She was kind as well as very helpful and always asking what she could do to make things easier. She was a great listening ear for all the things baby, birth, and beyond. She mostly helped us with infant care, bottle and pump part washing, laundry, and making snacks, like muffins. The resources she shared with me as print outs I kept on our fridge because they were so helpful. She also had recommendations for other providers, like a pelvic floor therapist. I honestly felt like I was having a friend or family come hang out and watch the family after a visit or two. All in all, highly recommend working with her! I don't have any complaints, truly. I will only say I wish I had hired her sooner, knowing what I know now. It was vital for me having someone who cared about my mental health just as much as my new baby, especially this second time around. Highly recommend working with her!

Megan supported me through the post-partum period of all three of my sons. Some births were complicated and others were smooth sailing and Megan somehow knew instinctively how to best support me during that nebulous period when I couldn't really articulate what exactly I needed. Her grounded, steady presence was just what I needed to keep me feeling assured. She's got a great sense of humor and her spirit oozes with love and compassion. There is no way I am having a fourth child, but if I was I would have Megan by my side in those months postpartum, no question!
