Jenny is an amazing doula! Very attentive. A great balance of knowledge and warmth. I felt safe, seen, and heard with her by my side. Pregnancy and labor can be so vulnerable and she made the experience so much more manageable. When I hit a wall and felt like I couldn't do it anymore, she was right there to encourage me and tell me that I could. She helped me to feel empowered, strong, and capable. I knew she had my back the whole time and would advocate for me if I needed it. Such a positive experience. I lived an hour away from her and she was willing to make the drive every time for our visits. I highly recommend!

Jenny has been amazing and has quickly become a good friend. She is very personable, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. She has also been super flexible with scheduling which was such a huge help during postpartum life. She is very comfortable around my daughter and I always felt like she genuinely cared about her. She was also welcoming of any tasks I asked her to help with, even washing cloth diapers, and never made me feel bad for asking for help. She truly went above and beyond and even helped me set up for my daughter’s ½ birthday party. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a doula. I honestly almost want to have another baby just so she could be my birth doula because I feel like I really missed out there, but I feel very lucky to have had her as my postpartum doula.

Was recommended Jenny through a vbac support group. Immediately upon meeting her, I knew she was exactly what I was looking for! I utilized her services from early on in my pregnancy. From the very beginning she was supportive and informative. Wonderful personality and listened well. I had past traumatic births due to lack of knowledge and support. This time, with Jenny I was able to ask questions and pause through my pregnancy and labor. I was able to have a successful vba2c. Jenny was present through the start and finish of my labor. Without me having to ask, she set the atmosphere for my delivery room, was very hands on and great communication. I spent more time leaning on her than any of the midwives or nurses. She allowed me whatever freedoms i desired through labor. She supported me through advocating for myself and baby through the entire pregnancy. She was so patient and attentive. She was able to coach me and help coach my support person through the labor and delivery. I am so grateful for her support as our doula. We will definitely be using her again if we have more children!

If you're looking for a doula I highly recommend By Faith Birth Services! I hired Jenny for my third birth because after the experiences with my two previous births, I knew I wanted someone with knowledge, expertise, and experience who could advocate for me and my husband while birthing at the hospital again. My baby was born in December and it was honestly the most empowering and supported birth I could have dreamed of! Every month during my pregnancy Jenny met with me to get to know me and spend time with me. As we got closer to my due date we discussed my birth plan and began working on exercises, stretches, activities etc. to physically prep for the birth. And when I went into labor at 39 weeks, she was responsive and available. The birth was very quick; we made it to the hospital just in time and Jenny knew exactly where to go, what to say, and how to assist me and advocate for me. She knew my birth plan well and continued to advocate for me and my wishes after baby girl was born! She also stayed with me for hours after the birth so my husband could go home to take care of our older kids, made sure I got something to eat, and also took amazing pictures and video of the birth. She came to our home for a very helpful yet relaxed postpartum visit as well. If we have more babies in the future, I am absolutely hiring Jenny again!!

My prayer has always been to be able to give birth the way God intended. I knew I wasn’t choosing an easy path and would need someone special to support me in this role. I found Jenny online through a Christian doula website. Jenny, along with my husband, never left my side, encouraged me, prayed for me and gave me the tools I needed to be able to get through each stage of labor. We alternated positions based on her expertise, she massaged, jigged and counter pressured my body throughout labor. Jenny was able to give my husband encouragement as well and support him. She was our emotional support and our fount of wisdom through the whole process. We honestly could not have done it without her. We met a couple weeks before my due date , but it seems like I knew her forever lol! she’s such a caring and compassionate woman you can definitely tell she loves and enjoys every aspect of being a doula and helping people . After talking with Jenny, I knew I didn’t want to hire anyone else as my doula for my first home birth. She is so calm, kind, sweet, and wise. Her experience not only as a doula but also as former police officer put me at ease that she’d be able to handle stressful situations. Throughout the rest of my pregnancy, she was so encouraging and offered lots of help and resources. During labor/delivery, Jenny made everything so comfortable. She turned on music and our LED candles, and she kept the environment relaxed. She did exercises with me to help labor move along, and after one particular exercise that she asked me to do, my body just started pushing! It happened so fast. During contractions, she coached me through breathing when I started to default to holding my breath. She utilized massage and hip squeezes, and made sure to help both me and my husband through the hardest moments. She prayed over me and encouraged me so much. I am so grateful for Jenny’s expertise, calm presence, encouragement, prayer, and support. If you’re looking for an amazing doula, hire Jenny!!

If I could give more than five stars I would. I’ve had Jenny as my postpartum doula and can’t say how amazing she is and how much I appreciate her. This is my fourth birth four years consecutively. Just having her come on Monday I feel gives me so much relief and sets me up for a very positive rest of my week. She’s done so much for my family in the little time we have had her. She even went to my six week check up with me which made me super comfortable and even made it feel like I was just spending time with a true friend which as a new mommy we need some times. I would say overall as a doula she’s very kind, compassionate and passionate about what she does. She goes above and beyond for everyone she comes into contact with from the sounds of it even for those outside of her practice, what a blessing she has been and will continue to be to anyone she has the chance to serve. Love her very much and happy to have her as apart of our crew. If your considering her as your doula I would say go for it I know you will be more than happy you chose her. ❤️

Jenny is such a phenomenal doula and I cannot recommend her enough. She supported me through my successful VBAC and she played an integral role in the birthing process. She gave my husband and I privacy when needed, but was also present when I needed a little more support. Jenny helped me through each contraction during labor by utilizing her knowledge and skills. When I felt like I couldn’t tolerate the pain any longer, she prayed with me and her prayer helped me push through. If you hire Jenny as your doula you’ll be thoroughly pleased with your birth experience!

Wow, I cannot begin to express our gratitude for Jenny's presence at our home birth! She was so kind and peaceful, her personality just brings peace into the room which was huge for me as a regularly wired person haha! When my birth took a while to get going, she had a suggestion that we used and suddenly the birth picked up and he came within a couple of hours! If we hadn't had her, I think it may very well have been longer. Originally I wasn't thinking I'd be a doula person but after having Jenny I've changed my mind for sure. The Lord used her so beautifully and we are forever grateful!
