Hi, I’m Jen! I’m a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with a lifelong passion for caring for babies and supporting families. My journey with childcare started early from babysitting and helping in the church nursery, to eventually leading the nursery at my church for seven years, where I spent countless hours caring for infants. I have over 15 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and 8 years as a Home Health and Hospice Aide, giving me a strong foundation in one-on-one, compassionate care. I’ve also logged over 20,000 hours of hands on postpartum experience, working closely with infants under one year old. I specialize in newborn care, postpartum recovery support, breastfeeding guidance, and helping families establish healthy sleep routines. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where parents can rest easy, knowing their baby is in safe, experienced hands.

As a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I provide compassionate, overnight newborn care designed to support both babies and parents during the fourth trimester. My services include attentive newborn care through the night, support with feeding (breast, bottle, or combination), soothing and settling techniques, and gentle guidance with age-appropriate sleep routines. My goal overnight is to ensure your baby is safe, nurtured, and well cared for, while you get the rest your body and mind need to recover. In addition to newborn care, I offer emotional and practical postpartum support for parents, including education, reassurance, and individualized guidance as you adjust to life with a new baby. I focus on creating a calm, peaceful environment that builds confidence, reduces overwhelm, and supports your family’s unique needs. Every family is different, and I tailor my care to align with your values, preferences, and goals so you feel supported, rested, and confident in your parenting journey.
