About me

Hello! I'm CJ, a postpartum doula located in Dunedin, Fl. What I enjoy most about supporting new families is being a calming, knowledgeable presence during such a transformative time. I love helping parents gain confidence in their instincts, providing reassurance and guidance, and creating a nurturing environment that supports baby and parents. It is incredibly rewarding to witness those early moments of bonding and to know I've played a part in making the transition to parenthood more peaceful and empowering.

My services include newborn care (diaper changes, circumcision care, soothing, sleep conditioning, feeding, reflux support, colic support, laundry, bottle sterilization), care for the postpartum family (emotional support, guidance, breastfeeding support, light housekeeping), sibling support (assist with transition, spend time while parents tend to new baby). My services also include photography (fresh 48, newborn, milestones, family) and can be packaged with postpartum support or offered seperately.

Overnight Newborn Care

This package includes care for mainly baby while parents get some much needed rest. I will take care of everything baby related with nurturing, caring support.

This package includes newborn care as well as support for the new parents. Breastfeeding guidance and support, emotional support, new parent education, light housekeeping, and personalization to your specific needs.

CJ was one of the best investments I made postpartum. She is an expert at soothing babies and very knowledgeable of newborn care and feeding. She is caring, kind and was always on time. She respected our wishes and was a huge help! I'd highly recommend her services and expertise.
