Hi! I’m Jamie, the face behind Salt Lake Doula. I’m passionate about helping people have an empowered and positive birth experience, as well as assisting with the transition to parenthood in the postpartum. I provide compassionate, unbiased support in your journey through pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

Service introduction

I offer birth doula and overnight postpartum doula services. I am a certified VBAC and Hypnobirthing Doula, and currently completing my certification to become a Certified Lactation Counselor.

Birth Doula
Birth doula services include: two prenatal appointments; text, phone, and email support throughout pregnancy; on-call availability starting at 38 weeks; continuous support throughout labor and for 1-2 hours after birth; and one postpartum visit.

Postpartum Doula
A full night of support from 9pm – 7am for both you and your baby, so that you can get a full night’s sleep Personalized help with early arrival on a first visit to get to know the needs of your family. Available in-depth education for as long as wanted at the start of the evening, including: Breast/bottle feeding Newborn characteristics Diapering Infant bathing and massage Swaddling Baby wearing Safe sleep Perinatal mood disorders.
