Hi! I’m Katie, with Guiding Light Doula Services. As a birth doula, I provide support to families during pregnancy and birth. My role is to make sure you feel informed, confident and cared for as you welcome your baby Earth-side. From emotional support to comfort techniques, to helping you advocate for your wishes - I’m here to walk alongside you. If you or someone you know is expecting, I’d love to connect.

Service introduction

I currently offer birth and postpartum services. For birth I offer virtual and three different levels of in person support. For postpartum I offer two levels of support for infants up to 6 months old. I also offer a virtul birth planning service to help you and your partner build a birth plan!

Virtual Labor Support Real-time support, wherever you are. Includes on-call availability, continuous text and call support during labor, and guidance for your partner as things unfold. Perfect for families who want steady reassurance and experienced direction from a distance.

Foundational, steady support for your birth journey. Includes two 60- minute prenatal prep visits, on-call availability from 37 weeks, and continuous in-person labor support so you feel informed, grounded, and never alone.

Our recommended birth package! Deeper preparation, stronger presence. Everything in Calm, plus additional 30- minutes added to both prenatal visits to build a custom birth plan and to explore comfort measures, and additional immediate postpartum support to help you settle into those first tender hours.
