About me

Hi I'm Hannah - a certified (and Medicaid approved) birth doula based in Northern Colorado. I support birthing people and their partners through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with a focus on evidence-based education, emotional support, and advocacy - whether you're planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery. One of my specialties is supporting neurodivergent parents and partners - including (but not limited to) those with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or other unique needs. I understand how overstimulating and overwhelming the birth world can be, and I'm passionate about creating safe, affirming, sensory-aware spaces where you can feel fully seen, heard, and supported.
