About me

Hi, I’m Kylie — the heart behind Whole Spectrum Doula Care. I’m a mother of five, and my own journey through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and loss has deeply shaped the way I care for families. After experiencing the stillbirth of my daughter in 2021, I developed an even stronger passion for supporting parents through every stage of their journey with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and fully supported as they navigate pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and everything in between. At Whole Spectrum Doula Care, my goal is to provide calm, personalized, judgment-free support tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, cesarean, VBAC, or simply wanting extra guidance during postpartum, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I strive to create a safe space where families feel empowered, informed, and cared for — emotionally, physically, and mentally. My hope is that every client feels seen, supported, and confident throughout their experience.

At Whole Spectrum Doula Care, I offer compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My services include prenatal education and preparation, continuous labor support, comfort measures, emotional encouragement, advocacy support, and postpartum care tailored to each family’s unique needs. I support all types of births — including medicated, unmedicated, cesarean, VBAC, hospital, and home births — with a nonjudgmental and evidence-based approach. My goal is to help families feel informed, empowered, and supported while creating a calm and reassuring presence during every stage of their journey into parenthood.
