About me
Greetings, my name is Faviola and I am a certified Doula specializing in night support. I have over 6 years of experience in infant care and sleep training. I enjoy supporting families to adjust their new routine with their newborn, creating a guided and safe environment. Servicing Sacramento and surrounding counties. A bit about me, I lived in Elk Grove for 9 years now. My family, our two kids, kitties named Grayzie and Oliver along with our 5 chickens and a duck, have really enjoyed living here so far. I started my education in labor/postpartum during Covid. I volunteer for 2 years at the Methodist Hospital in S.Sac. After, I found my true passion for postpartum support.

Overnight support is when a Postpartum Doula comes to your home to support you through the night by fully caring for the baby while you are able to get some sleep. Some other ways a doula can support you at night are: • Support with feeding your baby, by bringing them to you to nurse, or helping with bottle feeding • Support parents with emotional, educational, and trusted guidance with evidence based information • Light food prep such as lactation snacks, nourishing soups, baked goodies. • Laundry and quiet household organizing/tidying

Thanks to Favi I was able to have the best postpartum recovery. She was so helpful and very efficient. She made my family and my very picky 4 year old oat pancakes, banana loafs, and she enjoyed eating them! And so many treats for me for milk supply. She help with latching, baby laundry, and sterilizing bottles, she is very knowledgeable too. I was truly spoiled, we were sadden when our contract came to an end. I will be hiring her again if I ever we plan to have a third.
