Join us for "what is a doula?" A community event designed to educate and empower expecting parents, partners, and support people. In this informative session, you will learn what a doula is, the types of support doulas provide during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and how having a doula can positively impact your birth experience. Whether you're curious, planning for your own birth, or simply want to learn more, this is a welcoming space to ask questions and explore your options for care.

About the provider
Hi, my name is Ashley. I was raised in the small town of Colusa, California. My husband and I welcomed our beautiful daughter in 2024. I am very passionate about everything relating to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I Believe that every mother should have the birth that they desire. Whether that be at a hospital, birth center and in the comfort of your own home, I want to help guide you, and support you in all of your decisions during this transformative time. I would love to connect, and would be honored to walk alongside you and your family during this sacred journey.
