Hi, my name is Ashley. I was raised in the small town of Colusa, California. My husband and I welcomed our beautiful daughter in 2024. I am very passionate about everything relating to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I Believe that every mother should have the birth that they desire. Whether that be at a hospital, birth center and in the comfort of your own home, I want to help guide you, and support you in all of your decisions during this transformative time. I would love to connect, and would be honored to walk alongside you and your family during this sacred journey.

I offer four different packages as a birth doula. One postpartum package All packages include basic childbirth education. We will work through any concerns, fears, or anxiety about birth and postpartum. Learn comfort measures and techniques for labor. And preparing you for postpartum.

PREGNANCY SUPPORT
This is support during your pregnancy, as offered in traditional doula services- without labor attendance. -30 minute consultation -informational support and resources -emotional support -2, one hour prenatal visits- childbirth ed. know your options, know your rights, work through fears and anxiety, learn comfort measures for labor and plan for postpartum -3 scheduled phone calls -unlimited phone support during pregnancy and first 4 weeks postpartum

BASIC BIRTH PACKAGE
The basic birth package includes: - 30 minute consultation -2, one hour prenatal visits -on call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks -continuous labor support through 2 hours postpartum -1 postpartum visit within the first two weeks- holding space to debrief your birth. Provide newborn care support, lactation support, and provide any additional resources needed. -continuous phone support through 4 weeks postpartum

ENHANCED BIRTH PACKAGE
The enhanced birth package includes everything listed in the basic birth package plus: -access to personal library - 2 additional prenatal visits via zoom (1 hr/ea) - 2 additional weeks of postpartum care (6 weeks total)
