This class will go over various comfort measures that moms-to-be can utilize during different stages of labor to help reduce the need for pain medication. This class is best with a support person present to help do the scenario portions of class. There will be information on how and why these comfort measures are recommended and how they can help you achieve the birth you want.
This is an online event. Your instructor will provide you with instructions on how to attend after you sign up for the event.
