Hello! My name is Erica and my doula philosophy is to be whatever you need me to be. I am very passionate on providing evidence based information and I love building birth maps with my moms. Whether this is your first or 5th pregnancy, I am happy to support you and help you go through pregnancy and labor and delivery.

Service introduction

Initially, I offer a free phone call or virtual consultation to see if we jive together. Then I offer prenatal support with 1-2 meetings in-person or virtual. During these meetings we can work on birth plans/maps and any questions or concerns you may have. I am also available during normal hours (9am-6pm) for any questions that may arise. Once you go into labor, I am available 24 hours until we meet at the birthing location. From there I will offer whatever support is necessary. I also help with nursery set up. There will be 1-2 postpartum visits or virtual calls.
