Service introduction

As a birth doula, I provide compassionate, hands-on support for families during labor and birth, whether at home, a birth center or in the hospital. My focus is on helping birthing individuals and Partners feel empowered, informed, and supported throughout their journey. I offer continuous emotional and physical support, using pain management techniques such as counter pressure, Rebozo techniques, and guided breathing exercises. I also assist with birth positioning to encourage optimal labor progression and create a calming, reassuring presence. Beyond labor support, I offer basic lactation guidance to help parents navigate early breastfeeding challenges and build confidence in feeding their baby. My role is to hold space for you, ensuring you feel heard, respected, and supported in your birth choices.
