I am a perinatal naturopathic doctor that helps families achieve optimal health before, during and after their pregnancy. I offer nutritional counseling, acupuncture for labour induction and moxa for breech turns. I am an experienced birth doula that focuses on helping the birthing parent trust their body and the birthing process. I help couples with encouragement, physical comfort measures, education and advocacy. I am a certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and Evidence Based Birth Instructor. I teach virtually at the moment and hope to soon be able to teach in person again. I have worked as a prenatal educator in the Kitchener-Waterloo area since 2014 and as a full-time birth and postpartum Doula since 2016.
