I cannot recommend My Pure Delivery highly enough. From my very first phone call to schedule an appointment, the entire process—including insurance—was handled seamlessly by their team. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and supportive. At my first appointment with Noah and Claudette, my baby boy was five weeks old and struggling to latch. My goal was to exclusively breastfeed, and I was feeling overwhelmed. The team provided exceptional guidance, including helping me determine the correct flange size for pumping to increase my milk supply. With a personalized care plan thoughtfully designed by Claudette and Becca, and after four visits, my baby was finally able to latch successfully. I was in tears the first time it happened. At the time, my baby had been losing weight as I transitioned from formula feeding to exclusive breastfeeding. Throughout the entire process, their team closely monitored his progress with regular weight checks to ensure he was gaining appropriately. I would especially like to thank Claudette for her kindness and encouragement. Her reassuring words gave me the confidence I needed, and I am now successfully breastfeeding without any drop in supply. With the right team and the right guidance, breastfeeding truly can feel achievable and even easy. I am incredibly grateful for the support I received. I love love loved my lactation consultant Noha, The consultant I first got at the hospital was no hep at all , and we ended up bottle feeding my baby for a whole month and she refused the breast; I was so worried, since it had been so long that we weren’t gonna be able to breastfeed ever. Noha was so fast at recognizing the issues and providing a solution for me, from that visit I was able to breastfeed my baby with a nipple shield, and 15 days later I went back and I was successful at breastfeeding with no shield with her help and since, I haven’t needed a bottle or a shield at all. I had tried to breastfeed countless times but Noha’s support and guidance is what really made it possible for us to breastfeed and she explains and shows it so well it even feels easy! I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and I am soooooo grateful she helped me , cause I truly instantly felt more connected to my baby ❤️. Thanks Noha!!!!!

I can’t recommend My Pure Delivery enough! Our first interaction at the hospital was with Michelle right before we were released to go home. She was a huge help & left such a good impression on us that we requested to see her again when we did our consultation and then our follow up. She has been so knowledgeable, helpful & just all around great. Michelle gave us so much useful information & guidance on breastfeeding. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and was so kind. After each visit with her, I left feeling more and more comfortable with breast feeding and the weighted feed helped a ton! This visit was such a blessing for me. In the hospital, it was recommended that we follow up with an outpatient lactation consultant and this office was recommended to us. They got me in very quickly. I was a few days postpartum and ridden with anxiety that my baby wasn’t getting enough. Michelle spent 2 hours with us discussing breastfeeding techniques, proper pumping, and assessing my baby for latch/latching issues. We even did a weighted feed which was extremely reassuring. I left the appointment feeling optimistic, positive, and significantly less freaked out. Breastfeeding has gone super well now that I’ve had some guidance and it is the one thing I can say with confidence that I am no longer stressed about with my newborn. I am so thankful for Michelle and for the time she spent with us, and her patience in answering allllllll our questions. She was kind, reassuring, and compassionate. I had such warm and supportive experience with this clinic. From the consultant I met at the hospital, Noha, to our first visit postpartum with Kelly, I felt so reassured and welcomed here. I was even a few minutes late and had missed a few steps in my online paperwork and there was no sign of any frustration, only understanding. Truly a safe space for mothers. I could have cried with relief at the help I got. I was on an unsustainable path and it affected my health. But with Kelly’s help, I am learning how to pump better and feed my son with more and more milk and less formula. She made me feel instantly comfortable and gave me a lot of helpful tips. Susan and Jessica were wonderful with helping me and my baby learn to breastfeed. They identified a lip and tongue tie on my baby and provided references on PT and baby dentists to address the ties. I was a first time Mom in May of 2023 and my new born was barely 20 days old. It was extremely difficult phase of my life as my baby didn’t wana latch. I tried everything but never got my baby to latch, and right when I was loosing hope, the lactation specialist that saw me during labour had called to check on me. That’s when I explained how difficult it was getting. so, she suggested I scheduled an appointment with a lactation specialist. I immediately called up insurance and was advised to see mypuredelivery as it was the nearest from my location. Next thing, I called up My Pure Delivery and got an appointment for the following day. I was almost giving up as each day passed by but my husband insisted I tried one last time so I visited mypuredelivery. Upon arrival, Vanessa Quiroz greeted us and took us inside. She explained me everything about Bfeeding a child. In an hour long session, she not only gave me great tips and tricks but my baby started latching(i was amazed and thrilled watching my baby latch first time and I see vanessa being calm, happy and smiling at us :):)). She was so kind to me, worked with m to established a schedule for pumping+feeding, provided list of herbs to consume to increase the supply. I truly cannot thank her enough, she was truly god sent for me. It was only because of her that I could experience this beautiful journey of BF. I always wanted to write this review but work life and mom life kept me occupied and I kept saying, later, later. Breastfeeding Lifesaver - Becca is Wonderful! When I first met Becca at My Pure Delivery, I was in desperate need of help. The day before, I had been in excruciating pain from massive milk plugs and nodes in my breasts. I cried as I tried to feed my baby, feeling helpless. But the very next day after seeing Becca, the painful clogs were gone! I was so relieved but still fearful they might return and I wouldn't know how to handle it. Becca's expertise put my mind at ease. She patiently taught me the basics and advanced techniques of breastfeeding. She showed me proper latching methods and gave me all the tips I needed to keep my breasts healthy and baby happily fed. At first, I'll admit I inwardly groaned at her very lengthy questionnaire. But after experiencing Becca's truly customized, individualized care, I understood why she asked so many questions. It allowed her to tailor her guidance specifically to my needs as a new mom. I appreciated that personalized attention so much. Becca is an absolute gem - knowledgeable, caring, and so sweet. If it was appropriate, I would scream this recommendation at the top of my lungs for both Becca and Kelly. My BF journey had a very bumpy start as my little one struggled to gain weight and while a fed baby is best, I was against formula. I was recommended this place by a friend, and am extremely happy I traveled the distance to get their assistance. My first experience was with Kelly and felt safe and accepted the second our conversation started. She was gentle and confident as she held my baby and spoke to me about my concerns. She heard me and provided a solid plan. The plan worked! At our second appointment, Becca made sure I knew how big of a deal it was and that we are on the road to success. We adjusted my plan to need my needs (more sleep please) and it starts today. My third visit is next week and I have no doubt it’ll be just as a good experience. The consultant was so nice and understanding but their reschedule policy is just dumb. My first appointment they rescheduled last minute and was fine but I wanted to reschedule one day before (2:10) while my appointment was 9:00 am and they wanted to collect the 25 dls. So is dumb that it affects me but not theirs only when is convenient to them. If you are a first mom you know is difficult to have time to do the calls you need on time especially if you are sick and have to handle your rest, feeding your self and taking care of a newborn. Also everything is expensive so sorry if I prefer to buy formula for my child instead of paying the fee.

This place is a game changer for breast feeding. Jessica is an absolute rock star and has helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend everyone who is breast feeding make at least one trip here to ensure you are doing everything correctly. We have gone multiple times, and every time I feel like we have left with more knowledge and feeling better about the process. For the men out there. I highly encourage you to go to this with your partner. You will learn a ton, and how to better help your partner with breast feeding. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My LC (Courtney) and every other professional I met while coming here were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Without getting into the details of my specific situation, I was grateful to meet a team of professions (especially Courtney who I worked with the most) who was interested first and foremost in the welfare of me and my child. Courtney gave me hope that I could recover my supply (and I did, with her guidance!) and also possibly recover the breastfeeding relationship with my baby (which also happened, but I think that is more baby-driven than anything an adult did). She listened to my goals about this process and made sure the baby and I were healthy and thriving as a first goal - and then set about making adjustments to create a successful lactation situation (which she allowed me to define). I was thrilled and relieved this service was 100% covered by my insurance (even for the multiple visits I had). If there is anyone out there reluctant to visit an LC because they are afraid they will be shamed for giving baby a bottle or formula, I want to mention that was not my experience here. If you need lactation support, this team is very helpful and capable. Scheduling was very tight and my initial appointment was a bit delayed, but they worked with me to try and move me up when openings came up and I started out with a virtual appointment. I am not docking any stars for that but just as a heads up to anyone - don't delay in calling them as the first appointment might not be immediate.

When I came to my pure delivery I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to continue breast feeding. I was only able to tolerate 1-2 breastfeeding sessions a day due to latch difficulties and pain. Courtney at MPD turned things around for my breastfeeding journey. I just got done with my 3rd visit. My husband, daughter and I have been lucky to have them on our team for my breast feeding journey. This place is a godsend! My wife and I just had our first child and she was losing weight not gaining :( Our pediatrician recommended My Pure Delivery to help us in getting her weight back in course. We called and they were helpful, friendly, and scheduled us easily. Jenna was our lactation consultant and she was amazing. They use precise scales to measure feed amounts to verify the feedings, along with teaching techniques and positions. The session was an hour and a half and it flew by. Within an hour or so of our session, Jenna sent a very detailed/personalized follow up email with the information and a plan outlining the goals. We had a virtual consultation with Mellisa (based out of Dallas) who was also very helpful. We borrowed a scale from the local Cedar Park location for the day and Mellisa guided us through all the steps and helped with techniques and questions. Again, we were able to confirm the amount the baby was eating and Mellisa was very pleased with the results. She also sent a follow up email within an hour with specific links and recommendations based on the questions we had. Overall, this place is great for first time breast feeders and anyone with specific feeding issues. We have already recommended this place to a few of our expecting friends, as appointments can be a couple weeks out.

The staff is highly trained, efficient, and personalizes their approach. We’re already planning another visit post-partum. It’s great that they work with most insurance companies.

I cannot recommend these ladies enough! I started visiting the Cedar Park location when my son was about a week old. We had a rough start to breastfeeding (tongue tie, very poor weight gain, etc), and I was ready to throw in the towel. But these ladies know their stuff, they’re patient, they’re calming…. They held my hand through about a month of triple feeding until my little one was able to successfully take full feedings from me without supplementing. Since then, Theyve helped me out countless times through text or phone calls when i had questions, and I went in for a “return to work” session to help me plan. We have now been breastfeeding for four months, and I am so thankful for their expertise! I wish I had known about them when I had my first son!

My 34 weeker and I started going to MPD pretty early on and it was hands down the most supportive environment I have ever experienced! There is so much love for babies and moms in that building. Every single person we encountered showered my daughter with love and remembered her milestones each visit - it truly feels like family! We graduated this week and it was a bittersweet drive home, we will definitely be going for visits when we are missing our buddies! I'm a first time mom and even though I felt like I had the hang of breastfeeding I made an appointment just to be sure. Insurance covered the visit 100% so why not? I was a little afraid they wouldn't be very helpful because the LC at the hospital stopped by for 10 mins and was not very informative,basically if I didn't ask she didn't care to tell, so to me it was like.. theyre all the same right? WRONG. After my visit here (which was 2hrs!) I am so confident breastfeeding now. I'm able to get my baby to latch efficiently, I know the appropriate size flange for my pump, when to pump and how much. How my husband should be feeding the baby with a bottle. Robin was so thorough and answered all of my questions and helped me so much! If you're on the fence about what a LC can do for you just make an appt you will not be sorry!

My Pure Delivery has been completely exceeding my (and my husband’s) expectations- staff is organized, excellent communication, and friendly. I have seen three different consultants (both online and in person) and all of them have been super knowledgeable, reassuring, and great teachers. If you are new to breastfeeding, an appointment is absolutely worth the time, energy and money (they do take certain health insurance). I will continue to preemptively schedule appointments to come back throughout my breastfeeding journey because it is comforting to have a trustworthy place to find answers and be encouraged- very worth it, especially as a new mother!

My Pure Delivery is a service I’d wholeheartedly recommend to anyone anywhere looking to breastfeed their child. We’d been breastfeeding our first baby since he was born but couldn’t figure out how to get him to latch consistently and stop dozing off at the breast. Our pediatrician said baby wasn’t gaining enough weight. Figured we’d have to give up breastfeeding until our first consultation with My Pure Delivery. Kelly Page did a virtual call with us and after we got off the phone, baby was latching consistently. It was magic. But latching was only the beginning of the journey. After our virtual call, we went into the Austin office for an in-person consultation. Robin Browne in Austin helped us find the right nursing pillow, check our baby for oral restrictions, and fit our pump flanges properly. Everyone who works here is so responsive, available, and knowledgeable, that we forgot businesses could be such a pleasure to work with. My Pure Delivery might be the most positive experience we’ve had with any service ever. Special shout out to Kelly Page in the Plano office for her extensive knowledge, emotional support, and virtual calls to talk us off the ledge. She also helped us find a craniosacral therapist to help our baby extract milk more efficiently. The staff, and especially Kelly, believed in us, and as stressed-out-first-time parents, that made all the difference. We have a baby who’s fat off breastmilk now!

I had a virtual appt with Melissa on day 2 postpartum and it was really helpful. This is my second baby so I knew it would be beneficial to talk to a consultant early on and I’m glad I did. I got an appointment the same day I called. Melissa took time to get all our history and details, watched my baby latch, walked me through a mouth exam, gave tips and supervised me trying them out, and was generally really helpful and responsive. She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The billing team was also great with calling my insurance company to verify that their services would be covered and how payment would work. I even had trouble connecting to the call at first but got on the phone with someone in the office who sent me a new direct link and I didn’t lose that initial time in my overall appointment. I haves follow up scheduled already just to check on progress. I really recommend this group for lactation consultations.

A really great experience with my 4wk old baby, honestly every new mom should do this whether they think they need it or not. In my 2hr appointment with Jenna we covered EVERYTHING I'd ever wondered concerning feeding my baby. Nursing latches and holds, how much she was drinking per feed, bottle types, pumping equipment etc. I had been considering quitting breast feeding, now she just gets one bottle a day from my hubby and we exclusively breast feed the rest of the time. Do it for your own sanity.
