Choosing Dayna as my doula was one of the most empowering decisions I made during my pregnancy. I was planning a freebirth and wanted someone by my side who not only respected my autonomy, but also deeply understood the spiritual and instinctual nature of birth. Dayna was that person—and so much more. From the beginning, she held space for my choices without judgment. She offered guidance rooted in wisdom, experience, and deep trust in the birthing process. Her presence gave me the confidence to lean fully into my body and my baby, knowing I was never alone in the journey—even though I chose to birth without medical assistance. Dayna was calm, intuitive, and hands-off in the best way, always available when I needed her but never imposing. She brought peace into the space and honored every aspect of my process, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. If you’re seeking someone who will walk beside you with reverence, respect, and belief in your power, Dayna is that guide. She doesn’t just support birth—she honors it as sacred. I am forever grateful.

We can’t recommend Dayna Martin's Childbirth Classes enough! Going into this as first-time parents, we knew we wanted a natural birth, but we weren’t sure how to truly prepare. These classes gave us everything we didn’t even know we needed. Dayna created such a warm, open environment where we could ask questions, learn practical tools, and feel genuinely supported in our choices. As the partner, I (Dad here!) was blown away by how confident I felt walking into the birth. I understood what was happening, how to help, and when to step in or just be present. I wasn’t just on the sidelines—I felt like an active, empowered part of the experience. That meant so much to both of us. I love that Dayna focused on my role so much! The information was deep and thoughtful but never overwhelming. We left each session feeling more connected, more capable, and more excited about the birth of our baby. Dayna truly has a gift for teaching and encouraging. These classes changed the way we saw birth—and helped us have a beautiful, peaceful experience that we wanted! We’ll always remember Dayna's classes and what she did for our little family.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because words can’t really describe how incredible Dayna was during my labor and birth. From the moment she walked in, I felt calmer. She has this way of just being there in a way that makes you feel totally supported and safe. My labor was really painful—more than I expected—and I truly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through it without her. The things she did to help me cope brought more relief than the epidural I had with my last birth. Her touch, her voice, just her presence… it helped me stay grounded through every contraction. And after the baby was born, when I was tired and emotional and unsure, Dayna was right there helping me with breastfeeding. She made sure the latch was good and gave me so much encouragement in those early moments when I needed it the most. Having her there was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She’s wise and intuitive and honestly just has a heart for this work. I’m so grateful she was a part of my birth story.

I truly don’t have words big enough to express what Dayna meant to me during my birth. From the moment she walked in, everything changed. Her presence was grounding, calming, and full of quiet strength. With her hands, her voice, her wisdom—she helped me move through each wave with so much more ease than I ever thought possible. Compared to my first birth, this time it hurt so much less—and I honestly believe that’s because of her. She intuitively knew exactly where to press, how to breathe with me, when to speak and when to be still. But it wasn’t just me she supported. She helped my husband feel confident and connected during the entire labor. She held space for my whole family in ways I didn’t even realize I needed until after. Her care extended beyond birth—into the emotional, the spiritual, the unseen. She supported me in ways that still bring me to tears when I think about it. Dayna wasn’t just my Doula—she was my anchor. I can’t imagine doing it without her. If you have the chance to work with her, take it. She is a gift.
