About me

Hi, I am a birth doula located near Waco, Texas. I believe that women are beautifully designed to give birth, and I structure everything I do around supporting and equipping you to have the birth that you are looking for. I am a farm girl at heart, former EMS, and now a physiological birth nerd. My priority is to support you in whatever ways you need, preparing you with the education, resources, and companionship you need to have a great birth experience.

Service introduction

My birth doula package includes 2 prenatal visits, labor support, and 2 postpartum visits. During prenatal visits we will get to know each other, discuss goals for the birth experience, and talk about preparation strategies. Throughout pregnancy, general and specific-to-your-needs educational materials are provided At 37 weeks, I will be dedicated "on-call" for you and be available anytime day or night for labor support. Postpartum visits can be in-home or virtual as desired and include talking over your experience, breastfeeding support, and helping you connect to any additional resources you may need. I support hospital, birth center, and home births, as long as a licensed medical provider (CNM, CPM, LM, etc) is present. Brewer Diet Coaching services helps you to follow the Brewer Pregnancy Diet by assessing your current diet and providing tools to help you succeed in following the diet. I also offer Childbirth Education, helping you to learn about the physiology of labor and delivery, as well as the spiritual aspects of the process, all from a biblical faith-based perspective.
