Service introduction

I am a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator providing the education and support you need for a grounded and empowered birth. Your birth experiences will stay with you for the rest of your life- my goal is to keep you feeling safe in your body as you navigate all of your options and gently get to know yourself as you become someone new. I also offer sliding scale options to keep doula work accessible to all.

Packages

Birth Doula Services

Includes two, two-hour prenatal visits, access to my self-paced childbirth classes, labor and birth support, and four hours of postpartum care.

USD Flat rate

Postpartum Doula Services

Hourly postpartum doula work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM - usually booked in four hour increments and designed to be whatever you need as you find your new flow.

$40.00

USD Per hour

Night Postpartum Doula Services

A friend to support you in the nights to help you get the rest you need, between the hours of 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. I will help with infant care and soothing, lactation support, and practical household prep to make your tomorrow even smoother.

What is your range of services?

I offer virtual doula support and in-person services within a three-hour radius from South Bend, Indiana. If I have to travel over an hour to you, there is an additional $300 fee to cover my costs. That covers my travel to you for the birth and for one postpartum visit. The rest of our visits will be virtual if you are over an hour away from me.
