A gentle introduction to doula care. Includes 1–2 prenatal consultations, continuous labor support up to 12 hours, and one postpartum check-in to ensure you feel supported and confident.

Standard Birth Support

A more comprehensive package. Includes 2–3 prenatal consultations, continuous labor support up to 24 hours, two postpartum follow-ups, and ongoing phone/email support throughout pregnancy.

My most supportive package. Includes 3–4 prenatal consultations, continuous labor support up to 24 hours, 3–4 postpartum visits, and unlimited phone/email/text support. Guidance on newborn care, feeding, and recovery included.

What does a doula do?

A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. I help you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Are you certified?

I’m not certified yet, but I have training, experience, and a passion for supporting families with care and guidance.

When should I hire a doula?

Many families hire a doula during the second trimester, but anytime during pregnancy is okay. Early hiring allows more prenatal sessions and personalized planning.

Do you assist with home births, hospital births, or both?

I provide support for both hospital and home births, tailored to your preferences and birth plan.

How many prenatal visits do you offer?

It depends on the package. Typically, I offer 1–4 prenatal sessions to prepare for your birth and answer questions.

What kind of postpartum support do you provide?

Postpartum support includes newborn care guidance, feeding assistance, recovery tips, and emotional support for parents adjusting to life with a new baby.

How do I contact you if I have questions?

I am available via phone, text, or email for any questions throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.

How much do you charge?

Packages range from $600–$1,200 depending on the level of support you choose.
