I offer birth doula services I will care for you and make sure baby is healthy. I also offer postpartum care for mommy and baby.

Two in-person prenatal visits (2 hours each)

Discuss birth and infant care preferences, last
weeks prep, and postpartum plan.
Practice comfort measures for every type of birth
*postpartum support.
*Hospital bag checklist
*Up to 4 weeks of on-call time (typically 38-42 weeks)
* Referral resources if needed.
*Full labor and birth support
*Up to two additional support hours immediately
following birth
*Two in-person (or virtual) postpartum visit (3 hour)
*Unlimited phone & text support during business
hours.
