Balancing birth goals and medical interventions can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Along with my doula work, I’m also a certified babywearing consultant and include those services in my birth packages.

I am a mom of 3, and I had very different journeys with each. I know firsthand that no pregnancies, labors, births or postpartum recoveries are the same, and therefore should be treated with respect and understanding for the individual. I quickly realized how much I didn't know about breastfeeding and the numerous options available to me during birth. This lack of knowledge was overwhelming, and I couldn't help but think about other first-time moms who might be feeling the same way. That moment sparked a deep desire within me to do more— to guide and support other women as they transition into motherhood. Driven by this passion, I became a life coach for mothers, helping them navigate the beautiful yet challenging transition into motherhood. But as my passion for maternal support grew, I felt motivated to do even more. After much reflection, I decided to pursue a career as a doula.
