I love to help new parents navigate the crazy new world of parenthood through birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care classes and postpartum lactation visits. My favorite topics of discussion are pumping schedules when going back to work, tethered oral tissues (tongue tie/lip tie), combining sleep hygiene and breastfeeding. and managing supply issues.
