About me

Hi! My name is Chelsea and I'm a postpartum doula in Chattanooga, TN. I'm excited to light the way as you transition from pregnancy into this season with a sweet new baby. As a mom of 3, I know firsthand that the postpartum period isn't always a smooth ride. It can be difficult to figure out how to sleep while also meeting your baby's needs, who will cook the meals and wash the dishes, when you will deal with those piles of laundry, and what to do with older siblings as they navigate this emotional time, often needing more attention than normal. A doula since 2023, I have a heart for serving the whole family in their birth and postpartum season. I attended around 20 births the past couple of years and have served a handful of families with newborns. I now focus exclusively on providing exceptional postpartum care in the Chattanooga area. Some things I can do for you: Prepare nutritious meals Tidy and clean your home Keep up with laundry Run errands Give older siblings some much needed attention Offer a witness to your birth story and help you process things emotionally Provide breastfeeding tips and lactation consultant referrals And care for your baby while you nap!
