About me
Hey! I'm Charise 馃檪 Your local Lebanon, OR doula. I started my doula journey after hearing a lot of birth stories where mom's weren't informed, supported or listened to. Because I had my own experience with birth doulas, OBs and midwives, I knew this didn't have to be the norm for every woman. So last year, I launched Charise Blodgett Doula Care. My goal as your birth doula is to help you go into labor and delivery feeling knowledgeable and informed. I want you to feel confident in making decisions for you and your baby(ies). As your postpartum doula, I want you to feel comfortable providing care for your baby(ies) and have the physical, mental and emotional support you need as you transition into motherhood.
