About me

Hi, I’m Catholine Look, founder of Comprehensive Doula Care LLC. I am a full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula, Certified Lactation Educator (CLE), Certified Midwifery Assistant, and NICU-trained birth worker serving families throughout Pierce, King, and surrounding counties. As a mother of premature twins and someone who has navigated infertility, IVF, and a NICU journey, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based, nonjudgmental support. My goal is to help parents feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I provide compassionate, evidence based birth and postpartum doula support tailored to each family’s unique needs. Services include prenatal education, continuous labor support, postpartum recovery care, infant feeding support, newborn care education, emotional support, and community resource referrals. As a Certified Lactation Educator, Certified Midwifery Assistant, NICU-trained birth worker, and mother of premature twins, I help families feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Birth Doula Support

Includes prenatal visits, birth planning, continuous labor and birth support, comfort measures, evidence-based education, partner support, advocacy, and postpartum follow-up. Available to Medicaid families through approved Washington State programs.
