About me

I am a birth doula, with dona certified training (February, 2023). I seek to support all mothers in whatever decision they find is best for themselves and their baby. Hospitals, birth centers, or at home, with whatever medical assistance, or naturally and without intervention, as long they feel educated and confident in their decision. I will be there to ensure that you are adjusting physically, as well as mentally and emotionally for this journey. I have a background in art and dance, which are some of my greatest loves, and would be honored to share with you at this time. Which I believe is a profound opportunity for release, expression and creativity

Service introduction

I am a DONA trained birth doula who will meet with you 4 times during pregnancy to discuss childbirth education, your birth preferences and plan, the different options and comfort measures for birth and explore creative practices with you to help open your mind, body and heart to this experience, and embrace whatever thoughts and emotions are coming to you. I want to help you find how you connect to yourself and what makes you feel opened and powerful.
