Shalom. I am a full spectrum doula, with a passion for postpartum healing and nourishment. I'm well versed in Hebrew and Jewish birth traditions. My approach to support is a balance of evidence based practices coupled with southern, Caribbean, and Judaic traditions. I am currently working on my PhD in Natural Medicine. Areas of expertise include the following: African Centered Postpartum Nutrition Holistic C-section Support Hebraic and Judaic postpartum support ALL birthing bodies are welcome!!!
