Hey Parents ~ Labor, Delivery & Postpartum is such a crazy time of your life; it's multiple things happening all at once & you feel like at times you might be spiraling out of control. What should be a time of intense joy can sometimes lead to feeling out of control. As a birth & labor doula, I know that having extra support both emotional & physically can bring peace of mind. Doulas know how important sleep & rest are to a recovering birth person, and I don't mind helping you get as much rest as you need. The overnight hours often present the most difficult & challenging circumstances while recovering from birth. Let me partner with you to give you the support you need for both birth & postpartum.
