About me
Hello! I am a Christian Birth Doula in central MN. I live on a homestead with my family. I have attended around 30 births in homes, birth centers, and hospitals. I use Spinning Babies, counterpressure, and aromatherapy as a few pain-relief methods. I have a passion for natural birth but I love to support women in exactly the type of birth they are looking for. Whether it is natural, pain free, or a scheduled c-section, I am always there for support.

Service introduction
I am a Christian doula that has attended around 40 births. I attend multiples, breech, natural, VBAC, HBAC, and c-section. I offer 2 prenatal appointment at a mutually agreed upon location, unlimited time at your labor and birth, and 1-2 postpartum visits. During your labor and birth, I offer emotional and mental support along with physical support.

Caitlyn was our postpartum doula after the birth of our first child. She is competent, kind, and willing to jump in wherever she is needed. She went above and beyond when caring for our baby. Caitlyn answered any question we had and directed us to those who were better prepared to assist with specific concerns we had with breastfeeding. My husband and I have booked her as our birth doula for the upcoming birth of our second child. Get on her calendar before she is booked!
