About me

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I’m a birth and postpartum doula in the Treasure Valley. My goal is to support growing families with educational, emotional and physical support during this new season of life! I am passionate about my work and it is my goal to create the environment you desire for your birth and postpartum journey. I value the importance of being part of the birth community and treasure the vulnerability each client shares with me. Service introduction

I offer birth doula services, providing emotional, physical and educational support to best aid you in your birth and labor experience. I also provide postpartum doula support, including night shifts to encourage more restful sleep for new parents. Postpartum care includes infant care and education, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
