About me

Hi friends, my name is Britt or Brittany (she/her/ella), and I am a Full Spectrum Doula and Placenta Encapsulator based in Los Angeles. My paths in women's wellness and reproductive justice have led me to a passionate career in birth work. I believe birth is vulnerable & sacred and should be protected as so. My goal is to provide individualized care to be a trusted safe space for all birthing bodies and assist you in the amplification of your personal power while you journey to bring your baby earthside.

The birth room is a sacred space that should be assisted on your and your baby's terms. VIDA on your birth team means you'll be encouraged to find you most centered self throughout pregnancy + labor with unwavering support and advocacy. I meet you where you're at on your journey, and aim to be the grounding voice/hand to keep returning to your center and maintain a coping mindset throughout labor and all its uncertainties. I focus on guiding your individual self-mastery and combining it with my experience in progressing labor for a physiologic birth. Balancing my intuition, with learned wisdom in modalities such as body balancing, rebozo work, meditation amongst others to compliment your natural strength and assist any expecting partners to fulfill the primary support role.
